I wasn't sure what to expect at first. I have never played any TCG and was unfamiliar with how much of this worked. I have kept up with Lorcana since the beginning and do enjoy collecting the cards and specific Disney movie characters. As an American collector, here are a few observations:
1. I knew that the pack size was smaller than the American packs are, but I think this is actually a good thing. I really like the foil cards. I still get one foil card per pack and at least one rare or better card.
2. The foils are different on these than on the American cards. It's more reflective than the somewhat muted foil American cards. Additionally, the lore count on the cards have the same shiny gloss as the rest of the card, also unlike the American counterparts.
3. The packs in the box are larger than American packs (if you collect the packs themselves) - you may need to adjust your storage needs.
4. Card selection within each pack and quality are identical to the American packs. And considering these cards are 100% valid for tournament play, this is a great way to pick up a good set of great First Chapter cards for the price of 3 American First Chapter packs. I know I'm going to buy some more right now!

I ordered Lorcana CH1 before release. I received it four days after the release in the US. It was packaged well, no damage upon arrival. The cards are beautiful of course.
