ToysOneJapan shipped the item in incredibly timely fashion, and after a quick customs payment, the item showed up on my doorstep with no muss, no fuss. The figure box was in perfect condition, haven't cracked it open yet due to it being a gift, but if the shipping process was this smooth and seamless, I'm confident the contents within will be much the same. There was no damage in the package thank you I liked it

I had wanted to collect some of the figureines from the Japan-only kuji event (a sort of lottery for prizes); specifically the Cloud figure, Tifa figure, and a set of miniature figures. I combed through stores in Osaka’s Denden Town at Nipponbashi and found the Cloud figure and set of miniature.

No luck with the Tifa Lockhart figure, and I was expecting such a popular character’s figure to be in the hands of a select few. I was ready to give up until I searched online for it and found it available on ToysOneJapan.

The package came securely packed, and the box was not damaged at all. Plus, it arrived within a week’s time. I will be bookmarking the website and check back for other items.
