I emailed about where my package was, turns out I miss read the release date but the customer service was very understanding kind and have a very fast response

I ordered two plushies (a Homura Nui and a mini An Shiraishi seated plushie) from two of our favorite fandoms that we can't find in the US. I was excited to order them and I knew I would have to be patient because of their pre-order status. It did take about 3 months in total, but the majority of it was waiting for the pre-order. Once the shipment email was sent, things moved smoothly with only a slight hiccup where the package was held for a customs approval. I emailed them and always received prompt replies and explanations. It took about a week to resolve the hold, but ToysOneJapan did everything they could on their side and it was likely a weekend backlog issue on the carrier's side.

Thank you again for your help and communication during the delay and for having items available that are difficult to get otherwise!
